🏡 Guest Review Policy At our property, we deeply value the care and respect for the space we offer. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both our guests and us as hosts, we implement a pre-screening policy based on review history. 🔍 Previous Reviews Before confirming a reservation, we review the reviews that other hosts have left for the guest. This history allows us to understand their behavior during previous stays and anticipate the level of responsibility with which they will treat our property. 📄 Guests without Reviews If the guest does not have previous reviews, we will request additional information that will allow us to get to know them better. This may include: - Current occupation and place of work - Purpose of travel - Profile on professional networks - Personal or work references This measure is not intended to cause discomfort, but rather to ensure that all guests share our commitment to respect, tranquility, and the proper use of the space. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone 🌟 For stays of more than 9 nights, a cleaning service is required on the fourth day or no later than the fifth. The cost is $40,000 and includes a change of sheets and bath towels. Transantiago public transport (buses and metro): BUSES: 1/2 block, on Av. Irarrazabal. METRO: 1 block, on Av. Irarrazabal. To use the Transantiago network, you must first buy a "BIP" card at the ticket offices of each metro station or at kiosks located in many parts of Santiago. Afterwards, you must load the amount you want on the BIP card. It is recommended that you load at least the amount of two tickets (round trip). Once the card is validated, you can travel for 2 hours, up to the limit of two bus/metro changes. If you only use the subway, you can change as many times as you want. However, if you leave the subway, you will be charged again if you re-enter the subway. The Costanera Norte HIGHWAY is 20 minutes from the entrance of the department, from there you are 10 minutes from the Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport, in case you travel by taxi or car.
