With a walk down to the beach and church of Laguna de Zapallar, 24-hour security, tennis courts, swimming pool, children's games, visitor parking and green areas. A parking lot. The apartment has a great view of the sea, both in the master bedroom, the living room and the terrace. Large living-dining room with American kitchen. A terrace with sea views with access through the living room. − The master bedroom suite has a king bed (capacity 2 people). − The second bedroom with two single beds (capacity 2 people). − The third bedroom with two single beds (capacity 2 people). − Two full bathrooms. The condominium has access to the beach by going down some stairs, it takes approximately five minutes to go down to the beach and ten minutes to go up.
