The house has a beautiful view of the sea from the hills of Cachagua. Large living room with fireplace, connected to a terrace with sea views. Dining room for eight people. The master bedroom suite has a king bed (sleeps 2 people). The second bedroom with two single beds (capacity 2 people). The third bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed (capacity 3 people). Two full bathrooms. You can also enjoy panoramic views from the living room, bedrooms, terrace and pool. Swimming pool without protective fence for children.

💡 Just a reminder that water, electricity, and gas consumption are charged separately. Total daily rate: $17,143 (historical average). 📩 The bill will be sent through the Airbnb Resolution Center, and payment is processed directly on the platform upon booking confirmation. 🤝 If you have any questions or need more information, I'd be happy to help. Thank you! Notes: 1. The pond will last at least one week with rational use. 2. The caretaker will be monitoring the level of the pond and evaluating the need to place an order, which is coordinated days in advance (with the person who has been supplying for years). 3. The pond can be filled with the house closed, because it is in the parking lot. Note: a 5-minute shower consumes approximately 100 liters of water, if 7 people shower for 5 minutes each, it consumes 700 liters. Water is a scarce resource, which we must take care of. Thank you!
